Two decades ago, there was no single editorial resource for readers to find out more about the books or authors they loved other than a cover back flap, which often disclosed how many pets or children the authors had, and maybe mentioned where they went to school.
There was no Wikipedia, no Google. Where could readers go if they wanted more?
Answering that question was the impetus for Somerset County resident Carol Fitzgerald to launch The Book Report Network in 1996.
